Born in Wales over 200 years ago, young Mary Jones longed to read the Bible in her own language. She saved for 6 years then walked 50 miles in search of a Welsh Bible. Her long walk helped to inspire the founding of the British & Foreign Bible Society. 159 pages. Ages 9-12.
